Event details
Basic knowledge of astrology is required. This is a mandatory course for anyone who wants to learn one of the most amazing and fascinating fields in astrology, and to give themselves the ability to answer every question clearly and accurately. The course is intended for those who know astrology and wish to specialize in this specific field.
What is a question map?
A Horary chart (from Hora in Latin - hour) deals with providing answers to targeted questions. Unlike a birth chart analysis, the Horary chart focuses on one topic, and all the symbols on it take on a different meaning. The chart is casted to the moment the question is asked, so it is very accurate.
What questions can be answered?
In this lesson we will learn which questions can be answered. In principle, you can answer any question that is asked, but the trick is to know how to locate the right house. Since the writings on Horary astrology are very ancient - from the first century to the 17th century, there are many topics and questions that are not relevant to the modern era in which we live today. In ancient times there were no airplanes, cars, television, reality shows, banks, advanced medical equipment, and the like, and therefore it is necessary to adapt the themes of the focus houses to our time. Although the method is ancient, astrology knows how to adapt itself to any era and time. Today, Horary astrology is gaining momentum and is a central tool in providing answers to contemporary questions that concern us all.
The components of the Horary chart and its special laws
You don't have to have special powers to answer a Horary question. The analysis of the chart is done by analyzing clear rules, and drawing conclusions. In most cases the chart is simple and speaks to us simply and clearly. You just have to follow the rules and make a decision. In other cases, the chart will be more complex and will force us to delve into it to get a correct answer. The Horary chart is always accurate, and the ability to give an accurate description amazes the customers. In this lesson we will learn about the laws that guide us on the way to receiving the answer.
Warnings before judgment
Before casting a chart, you need to know if we can even give an answer. Was the question asked just out of curiosity and to test the astrologer? Is the question even relevant? If a person asks where is the ring that he lost 10 years ago - it is likely that if he managed without the ring for 10 years he will be able to continue to manage without it, and that it will never be found. There are questions that require logic before being answered. And in this part of the course we will learn about those warnings that the map gives us before we approach to analyze it.
The role of the moon
The moon plays a very important role in Horary Astrology. As the closest celestial body to the earth, it has the most influence on us and therefore, the moon tells the story in the Horary chart. Its location in the chart will reveal to us where the querent (the one who asked the question) is, what he is doing, what he is thinking about, and the aspects that the moon forms with the other planets will reveal to us the sequence of events. We will learn the characteristics of the moon in the chart, and how decisions can be made using it.
The meaning of the houses
The houses are the critical part of the Horary chart. Each question is associated with one house or another. Not understanding the houses can cause a mistake in judgment and a wrong answer. Therefore, in this lesson we will focus on studying the houses in depth. Beyond their classical meaning, the houses symbolize people and situations that are special to the Horary chart. This is where the real magic happens.
The planets in the Horary chart
The planets symbolize people, events, situations, animals, colors, and many other things that are not mentioned in the natal chart. Each planet has its own meaning and it controls many things in our lives. We will get to know the planets up close and learn about their role and symbolism in the Horary chart. This lesson will extend the understanding to the analysis of classical maps as well.
Basics in analyzing Horary charts
In this lesson we will learn where to start, and how to combine everything we have learned through real examples.
